Samsung launches Galaxy J2, with price tag of Rs 8,490

After J5 Samsung reveal new low cost 4G Smartphone in market. Galaxy J2 is the new 4G-enabled smartphone in Galaxy series, device come with price tag of Rs 8,490. Instead of selling online like J5 company sell this phone via retail channels.

The dual-sim smartphone features a 4.7-inch qHD (540x960p) Super AMOLED display and runs Android 5.1 Lollipop skinned with TouchWiz UI. It measures 136.5x69x8.4mm.

Powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core Exynos 3475 processor and 1GB RAM, the phone has 8GB internal storage and can support microSD cards of up to 128GB.

Samsung Galaxy J2 packs a 2000mAh battery and sports a 5MP primary camera with LED flash and a 2MP secondary camera.

For connectivity, the smartphone supports 4G, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and micro-USB. For faster 4G speeds, the Galaxy J2 also features Download Booster that combines 4G speeds with Wi-Fi speeds to deliver faster than 4G downloads.

The phone also features an Ultra Data Saving feature powered by Opera Max that lets users to allow and block individual apps from using mobile data and save data by enabling data optimization. Users will also get an overview so they can track how much mobile data is consumed and saved.

Galaxy J2 will be available in Black, White, and Gold colors.
