Transparent screen (Trick and Technology)

Posted on 18 January 2010 by priyank

First I will describe about technology :  a Tokyo-based optical component manufacturer, is working on a transparent liquid crystal optical film as a replacement for backlit LCDs. A see-through composite LCD display works just like traditional liquid crystal display which are transparent until you run a current through them, at which point all the crystals in the liquid align and   become opaque.  As on one hand some of scientist are working for make transparent screen true, on the other side (the Trick side ) we can use some tricks to behave our screen as transparent.  As for normal illusion you can take a snapshot of what’s behind your screen, and make it as your wallpaper. It will look like as transparent screen. Now If you have a high speed digital camera that will capture video in real time and play in your screen background then it will look like a transparent screen for you.

As you all seen the above image, and you might wondering its trick or technology. Now can you guess for video in the link, whether its TRICK or TECHNOLOGY (click here to download video of transparent screen)
